This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding course cancellations, refunds, and transfers at Vakwrox. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to handling these situations.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By registering for a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Refund Timeline
Our refund policy operates on a sliding scale based on when the refund is requested relative to the course start date:

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, the course title, start date, and reason for requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days
4. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the following situations, we may consider full or partial refunds outside our standard policy:
4.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of serious illness or injury that prevents participation in the course, we may offer a full refund or course transfer. Medical documentation will be required.
4.2 Bereavement
In the event of a death in the immediate family, we may provide a full refund or course transfer. Supporting documentation may be requested.
4.3 Course Cancellation by Vakwrox
If we cancel a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer to another course.
5. Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend the course you registered for, you may transfer to another scheduled offering of the same course or a different course of equal or lesser value. The following conditions apply:
- Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date
- A transfer fee of $50 will apply
- If transferring to a higher-priced course, you will need to pay the difference
- If transferring to a lower-priced course, the difference will be refunded according to our refund policy
- Only one transfer is permitted per enrollment
6. Payment Plan Considerations
For students enrolled in payment plans:
- Refund calculations will be based on the total course fee, not just the amount paid to date
- If the calculated refund amount is less than what you have already paid, you will receive the appropriate refund
- If you have paid less than the non-refundable portion of the course fee, you will remain responsible for the difference
- All payment obligations cease upon approval of the refund request
7. Online Course Specific Policies
For online and self-paced courses:
- A 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of access to the course materials
- Once more than 25% of the course content has been accessed, no refunds will be provided
- Download counts, video views, and quiz attempts will be used to determine content access percentages
8. Merchandise Returns
For physical merchandise purchased from our studio (textbooks, equipment, etc.):
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Software licenses, digital downloads, and opened media (DVDs, USB drives, etc.) cannot be returned
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not apply retroactively to enrollments made before the modification date.
