All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless you have been approved for a payment plan. Payment plans are subject to additional terms that will be provided separately.

2.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Return Policy. By registering for a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of our refund policy.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vakwrox and its licensors. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, handouts, and practice files, are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials in any form without our prior written consent.

3.2 Student Work

You retain all rights to the original work you create during our courses. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your work for promotional and educational purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

We expect all students to attend classes regularly and to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning experience of other students will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

In no event shall Vakwrox, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Changes to Terms
